Phase 1 ships config + CNAME + workflow; Phase 2 adds the homepage. Maintainer must enable Pages → Source: "GitHub Actions" once.	2026-05-19
Plan: User documentation, one section per role	Authored the end-user documentation tree under website/docs/users/ (hybrid per-role-hub + per-surface-page IA), in Norwegian, with the 36 screenshots + 2 promo MP4s embedded. Plus two contributor companion guides (writing-user-docs + screenshots-and-video). Six sequential phases.	2026-05-19
Plan: Dummy login picker	Role picker on /admin/login (anon + five authenticated capability profiles + the four PG roles for context). Browser-tested by Tailway Cowork; all acceptance criteria met. Scaffolds the eventual Okta/Authentik integration.	2026-05-19
